    Raised in Miami, Debby’s insight of the city and its many diverse neighborhoods is unparalleled. Throughout her career, she has personally seen the evolution of new residential, business, and entertainment districts, and has watched the city start claiming its place as a world capital of culture, technology, and luxury living. Besides her own personal knowledge of the area, Debby spent five years honing her real estate skills working alongside multiple top teams in Miami’s ultra-luxury residential market.

    Her career began with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty, working side-by-side with the Senior Vice President and also later the Vice President to oversee the marketing for the teams’ listings owned by high-net-worth and celebrity clients. Debby marketed homes from $1-$45 Million and developed and implemented marketing strategies through various marketing channels, including digital and print which helped lead to the sales of over $300 Million. Her ability to differentiate properties, create compelling sales materials, and utilize multi-platform communications became key advantages for properties she helped represent, often out-performing similar properties in the market.

    After several years generating results for top-producing teams she went on to further her real estate career by taking on the role of Director of Marketing for Engel & Volkers Miami. In this position, Debby was in charge of leading all marketing initiatives for the brokerage, including corporate communications, public relations, community involvement, strategic partner relationships, and brand awareness. Her work consistently helped the firm break sales records, expand and penetrate new markets, and elevate awareness and brand recognition locally, nationally, and globally. Throughout her real estate career, she has supported over $500 Million in luxury residential sales. Debby’s vast knowledge and experience has made her a highly effective marketer in her own right.

    Alongside her extensive real estate experience, Debby is also well-versed in the worlds of technology, art, fashion, and architecture. Thanks to several years working in software sales, Debby has a unique perspective on Miami’s emergence as a top tech city and what that means to real estate clients interested in the area’s growing technology sector. She also understands the level of style, sophistication, and quality expected by clients from other high-end markets throughout the world, and she is adept at balancing those standards against the most desirable elements of calling Miami home.

    Debby was born in Stockholm, Sweden, to a Swedish father and Colombian mother. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Florida International University, and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
